Group Dental Treatment Coordinator – Remote/Hybrid (UK‑based) Full‑time

We are seeking a high‑performing Group Dental Treatment Coordinator with a strong telesales and conversion background to support patients across our growing network of private practices.
This is a remote/hybrid role for a commercially confident, patient‑centred professional who can guide patients from enquiry through to treatment booking, balancing performance with empathy and clinical integrity.
You will be the first impression and trusted guide for new patients. This role goes beyond booking appointments. You will take ownership of the full patient journey, converting enquiries into consultations, and consultations into committed treatment plans.
Using a structured yet empathetic approach, you will balance commercial performance with genuine care, helping patients make confident, informed decisions about their health.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Sales Ownership
- Take full ownership of enquiry → consultation → treatment conversion via the telephone
- Confidently guide patients through treatment options, addressing concerns and objections with clarity and empathy
- Maintain a consistent and persistent follow-up strategy to maximise conversion
Inbound & Outbound Patient Engagement
- Handle all inbound new enquiries and proactively follow up warm leads that you have handled
- Build trust quickly and tailor communication style to each patient
Pipeline & CRM Management (DenGro / Equivalent)
- Manage and prioritise leads effectively within the Practice Management Software
- Maintain accurate, real-time records and a clean, actionable pipeline
- Track and optimise personal performance across key metrics including conversion rate, attendance, and revenue contribution
Collaboration with Clinical Teams
- Work closely with clinicians and practice teams to ensure treatment plans are clearly understood and ready to present
- Support smooth patient handovers and continuity of care
Performance & KPI Accountability
- Take ownership of individual KPIs, including conversion rates, booking rates, and revenue performance
- Use data to continuously refine approach and improve outcomes

What Your Day Will Look Like
You will:
- Take full ownership of enquiry‑to‑consultation‑to‑treatment conversion via telephone.

- Use a structured consultation and follow‑up approach to drive clear outcomes and maximise conversion.
- Handle all inbound patient enquiries and proactively follow up warm leads

- Manage and prioritise leads within the Practice Management / CRM system
- Maintain accurate, real‑time records and a clean, actionable pipeline.
- Track and optimise performance across key KPIs including conversion rate, attendance, and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and practice teams to ensure treatment plans are clear and ready to present.
- Support smooth patient handovers and continuity of care.

Essential
- Significant experience in telesales, inside sales, or treatment coordination.
- Proven ability to convert high‑value treatments (£3,000–£25,000+).
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, KPIs, and sales performance metrics.
- Confidence asking for commitment and guiding patients to informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to balance empathy and outcomes.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Resilient, performance‑driven mindset with consistency across high call volumes.
Desirable
- Background in dental or healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with treatment planning, ethical communication, and patient journey management.
