Your Role:
As the EYFS Lead Teacher, you will:
- Lead and inspire the EYFS team to deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective early years education.
- Develop and implement a creative and inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of all our young learners.
- Monitor and support the progress of each student, ensuring they receive the guidance and encouragement needed to thrive.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- A passionate educator with a strong commitment to early years education.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Creative and innovative in your approach to teaching and learning.
