Nanny-Personal Assistant

Rate: £45000 gross per annum (Candidate dependent)
Days: Term time: Monday – Friday (02:00 pm -7:00 pm) School holidays (08:00 am – 07:00 pm)

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working with children of a similar age group.
• Strong Nanny PA or household management experience.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Confident managing busy family schedules and multiple priorities.
• Clean UK driving licence and confident driver.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.
• Proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused approach.
• Confident using technology and digital systems.
• Comfortable managing school communications, bookings and family administration.
• Ability to support homework, educational development and future academic goals.

Caring for two delightful daughters aged nearly 12 and nearly 9, the role offers the chance to become a trusted and valued part of family life during an exciting stage of childhood as the girls develop greater independence and transition towards their teenage years. The girls are bright, engaging and independent, and the family would particularly value a nanny who can strike the perfect balance between being fun and approachable while also providing gentle boundaries and encouragement when needed. Alongside the childcare responsibilities, this role includes a substantial house management and PA element. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the household, coordinating schedules, managing school communications, arranging appointments and activities, overseeing household administration, and acting as an organised and reliable point of support for the family.
