OUR PURPOSE AND CULTURE

We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact. As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey.

At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we Make the Place.

THE TEAM

At The Chancery Rosewood, we are redefining luxury in the heart of Mayfair. Housed within the iconic former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield, the hotel will feature 144 suites designed by Joseph Dirand alongside a collection of dynamic restaurants and bars.

As part of the Talent & Culture team, you will play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for both candidates and associates. Working closely with hiring managers across the hotel, you will support recruitment activity, onboarding, and day-to-day Talent & Culture operations while helping to foster a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment.

YOUR ROLE

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle across associate-level positions, helping to attract, engage and onboard exceptional talent. You will ensure candidates experience a seamless and personalised journey from application through to their first day, while maintaining accurate records and supporting operational excellence within the Talent & Culture function.

Alongside recruitment responsibilities, you will share responsibility for the administration and reception of the Talent & Culture office, serving as a trusted first point of contact for associates, candidates and visitors.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Coordinate associate-level recruitment activities from vacancy approval through to offer acceptance.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements, manage applications, schedule interviews and respond promptly to candidate enquiries.
  • Support interviews and candidate assessments while delivering a fair, inclusive and engaging recruitment experience.
  • Maintain recruitment systems, vacancy trackers and talent pipelines, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare offers, contracts, right-to-work documentation, references and onboarding paperwork for new associates.
  • Welcome associates and visitors to the Talent & Culture office, handling enquiries professionally and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support Talent & Culture administration including record management, correspondence, organisation charts and data tracking.
  • Assist with recruitment events, employer branding initiatives, associate engagement activities and wider Talent & Culture projects.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You have experience in recruitment, HR coordination or a fast-paced administrative environment, ideally within hospitality or another service-focused industry.
  • You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • You communicate confidently and warmly with candidates, associates and managers, creating positive experiences at every interaction.
  • You handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
  • You are committed to fair, inclusive and candidate-focused recruitment practices.
  • You are proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • You are confident using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office applications to manage information efficiently.
  • You are passionate about people and motivated to build a successful career within Talent & Culture.

OUR BENEFITS

  • 12 complimentary room nights across The Rosewood Hotel portfolio (friends & family rates also available)
  • Discounts on Food & Beverage
  • Flexible benefits app and monthly allowance to spend on whatever you like
  • Give days - A paid volunteering day of leave annually
  • Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Birthday day off - A paid day of leave for your birthday
  • Developmental & social calendars
  • Life insurance
  • Enhanced sick pay policy

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations.

We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them, and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
