People Operations Admin 4-Week tempCentral London based - 2x days a week onsiteStart ASAPAbout the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to join a dynamic People Operations team and build a strong foundation for a career in HR. This role offers plenty of learning opportunities, varied projects, and the chance to play an important part in delivering a brilliant employee experience.As the first point of contact for the team, the People Operations Admin will support colleagues throughout the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - while helping to streamline processes and provide excellent service. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning on the job, and making a positive impact in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact, responding to people queries in a friendly and timely manner.Support HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, parental leave, and leavers.Maintain and update people systems, trackers, and records with accuracy.Support compliance activities and reporting.Provide administration for recognition programmes and purchase orders.Keep the team's guidance and resources up to date, making improvements where needed.Take part in projects to improve ways of working, such as system improvements or streamlining documentation.About YouNaturally curious and eager to learn more about HR and People Operations.Resilient, flexible, and able to adapt when things change.Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain information clearly.Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.Passionate about delivering great service and ensuring people have a positive experience. Experience & SkillsAn interest in HR and a desire to build a career in People Operations.Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused or administrative role is desirable but not essential.Comfortable using MS Office; exposure to HR systems is a bonus.Confident with numbers and able to apply problem-solving skills.
