Position: Client Account Technician
Salary: £45,000 plus bonus and package

The Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality data management and system maintenance, while supporting clients and colleagues with technical accounting processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with large datasets, and building strong relationships across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and validate large datasets, ensuring accuracy through quality assurance checks.

• Resolve queries from delegated authority clients, offering timely and professional support.

• Provide technical assistance to internal teams and business managers.

• Review and maintain technical items across company ledgers.

• Support quarter-end processes and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues across business units to deliver a high standard of service.

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of insurance or reinsurance business.

• Familiarity with delegated authority models (preferred but not essential).

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Educated to degree level, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
