Quality Assurance Automation Engineer
- Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and quality assurance frameworks across multiple projects and releases.
- Lead and oversee testing activities delivered by third-party suppliers and implementation partners.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation rehearsals, and go-live readiness activities.
- Review and approve supplier test documentation, scripts, plans, and results.
- Define release quality criteria and provide recommendations on deployment readiness.
- Drive automation opportunities and encourage adoption of testing best practice.
- Manage defects through to resolution, working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
- Produce clear reporting on testing progress, risks, issues, and outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement across QA processes, tooling, and governance.
