• Pay: Competitive salary, up to 8% bonus
• Contract: Permanent
• Location: Glasgow and various vacancies in the South of England
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Closing date: 31st January 2023

The Work

• Manage high-value domestic property claims from start to finish
• Deliver exceptional customer outcomes and cost-effective resolutions
• Meet customers face-to-face and guide them through the claims process
• Work independently and manage claims cradle to grave
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers

What You Need

• Experience with high-value claims (ideally over £100,000)
• Cert CII or CILA qualified (or working towards)
• Deep understanding of insurance principles and practices
• Knowledge of building practices and regulations
• Proven track record of managing claims from cradle to grave

Desirable

• Dip CII qualified
• Experience with subrogation and underwriting practices
• ABI report writing experience
