NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – BOOTS MASS BEAUTY
SALES / COMMERCIAL
SW19 - Wimbledon (2 to 3 days per week in the office)

As National Account Manager – Boots Mass Beauty, you will lead Coty's commercial strategy across one of the UK's most influential beauty retailers, representing a market-leading portfolio including Rimmel London, Max Factor, Sally Hansen, Bourjois and adidas. You will drive growth, maximise distribution and visibility, and deliver best-in-class in-store and online execution across Boots' extensive retail and digital network. Working across a dynamic and highly competitive beauty environment, you will play a critical role in accelerating Coty's Mass Beauty performance, category leadership, and customer partnership.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our National Account Manager – Boots Mass Beauty, you play a critical role in owning the Boots relationship end-to-end, driving joint value creation, delivering sustainable growth, and maximising category performance across one of Coty's most strategic retail customers. This role combines strategic account management with commercial execution, requiring strong collaboration across Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver best-in-class results across stores, online channels and retail media platforms. You will be reporting to the Commercial Leadership Team, and you will manage:

Boots Strategy and Business Planning
  • Own and elevate the strategic partnership with Boots, one of Coty's most important Mass Beauty retail partners.
  • Lead joint business planning, aligning Coty's commercial ambitions with Boots' category, shopper and growth priorities.
  • Develop activation plans across stores, Boots.com and retail media platforms to maximise visibility, engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver consistent execution across supply, merchandising, marketing and promotional activity.
  • Drive successful innovation launches, distribution expansion and category growth opportunities across the portfolio.

Negotiation and Commercial Performance

  • Lead negotiations on listings, pricing, promotions, space and commercial agreements to drive sales, profit and market share growth.
  • Optimise promotional strategies to balance revenue delivery, profitability and return on investment.
  • Leverage customer, shopper and category insights to identify opportunities and unlock incremental growth.
  • Track performance rigorously and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve sell-out and category performance.
  • Act as the voice of Boots internally, ensuring strong alignment and focus behind key business priorities.

Financial Ownership and Operational Excellence

  • Own full P&L responsibility for Boots, delivering against sales, profit and market share targets.
  • Manage accurate forecasting aligned to promotional plans, seasonal opportunities and business objectives.
  • Optimise customer investment strategy to maximise ROI and deliver strong commercial returns.
  • Ensure excellence in execution across availability, supply chain, merchandising and online activation.
  • Drive strong financial discipline including budgeting, accruals, forecasting accuracy and receivables management.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a commercially driven and highly analytical professional, you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment where growth, execution and customer partnership are key. You are data-led, results-focused and highly collaborative, with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage complexity and deliver sustainable growth across a strategic beauty account.

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Experience managing Boots or another major UK health & beauty, grocery or omnichannel retail customer.
  • Strong understanding of beauty, personal care or consumer goods retail environments.
  • Advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
  • Highly analytical with strong forecasting and planning capabilities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organisation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

If you're ready to support and shape the future of beauty, we want you on our team!
