US/UK TAX SENIOR MANAGER - LONDON (£70,000 - £100,000) Established US/UK Tax Boutique | North London Lead Technical Strategy & Team Development - Director-Level Role We're recruiting a Senior Manager to join the leadership team of a specialist US/UK tax practice. You'll oversee complex technical advisory work, lead and develop a team of managers and seniors, and build your trajectory toward director-level responsibility in one of the UK's most respected independent practices. What You'll Do:

• Lead a team of managers, seniors and junior staff
• Own complex, high-value client relationships and advisory projects
• Manage sophisticated cross-border tax planning and expatriation matters
• Build technical strategy within your areas of expertise (PFIC, CFC, expatriation, international planning)
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth
• Mentor and develop managers and specialists
• Support firm strategy on technical matters and practice development
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across your team's work

What You Need:

• ATT and IRS Enrolled Agent (essential)
• CTA (essential at this level)
• 8+ years' US/UK personal tax experience with proven advisory track record
• Demonstrated team leadership experience (managing managers, not just juniors)
• Track record handling the most complex cross-border structures and planning matters
• Business development capability and client relationship building skills
• Strong technical authority in expatriation, PFIC, CFC and international tax planning
• Partner-level thinking - strategic, not just execution
