Person Specification
Qualified Business Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience teaching Business at A-Level (experience with BTEC or IB is also desirable)
Strong subject knowledge across various exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, or OCR)
Ability to inspire students by linking classroom theory to current affairs and industry trends
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Commitment to contributing to the wider school community, including Young Enterprise or investment clubs
