The Role

Person Specification

  • Qualified Business Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

  • Proven experience teaching Business at A-Level (experience with BTEC or IB is also desirable)

  • Strong subject knowledge across various exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, or OCR)

  • Ability to inspire students by linking classroom theory to current affairs and industry trends

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Commitment to contributing to the wider school community, including Young Enterprise or investment clubs
