Pensions Consultant
Are you an experienced pensions professional looking to step up and get stuck into a wide range of client work? We're working with a leading consultancy that's growing its team and looking for a Consultant to join their London office.What you'll be doing:
You'll be part of a collaborative team, delivering high-quality advice to both corporate and trustee clients across all aspects of pension scheme management. From funding and design to governance and communications, you'll support senior consultants and partners in solving complex challenges and delivering smart, tailored solutions.You'll get involved in:Attending and advising at trustee and governance meetingsDrafting reports, member communications, and client literatureHelping clients navigate regulatory change and pension scheme strategySupporting presentations, member surgeries, and training sessionsOverseeing junior colleagues and contributing to process improvementSupporting new business pitches and attending client meetingsWhat we're looking for:Strong background in UK pensions - whether from a consultancy, in-house or admin providerConfident communicator with experience building client relationshipsComfortable working with DB schemes and ideally some exposure to DCOrganised, deadline-driven and keen to keep learningStudying for (or recently completed) professional qualifications (e.g. PMI/APMI)Why apply?You'll join a forward-thinking team that genuinely values your inputFantastic exposure to high-profile clients and strategic workSupportive leadership and great career development opportunitiesHybrid working and a genuinely people-first culture
