About the role We are looking for a highly organised and customer-oriented Digital Onboarding Specialist to join our Implementation team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for schools transitioning to our systems. This involves overseeing the implementation process, managing data migrations, and acting as a key contact for schools during their onboarding journey. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, this role is perfect for you. Core responsibilities Manage onboarding projects for schools transitioning to Arbor's services. Oversee data migration processes, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Create and maintain onboarding resources such as training materials and guides. Plan and lead meetings with internal teams and schools to align on goals and expectations. Address inquiries and provide support throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a positive customer experience. Identify potential risks and manage project changes as necessary. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for schools regarding Arbor's offerings. Collaborate closely with the Implementation team to achieve overall project success. Utilise various software tools for data cleansing and generating reports. Requirements About you Experience in project management, customer support, or administration is preferred. Strong ability to work collaboratively with others and demonstrate a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for others. Detail-oriented and highly organised to manage multiple projects effectively. Adequate understanding of data interpretation to cater to specific school needs. Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Problem-solving orientation with a focus on delivering effective results. Proficiency in Microsoft and Mac OS platforms, including advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets. Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
