Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team working in Battersea, London, SW11 8DD

You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.

What we offer: 
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with weekends and bank holidays off. Shifts ranging between 6.30am - 3pm. 
We are offering an annual salary of £34,792.29

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie:
Work with the team to produce menu
Manage and supervising the team 
To ensure that the kitchen area is cleaned throughout the day.
To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Maintaining stock control and being environmentally conscious working towards a low waste operation.
Ensuring correct stock rotation and storage of food and kitchen items
Engaging with customers participating in the serving and set up of pastry counter.

You will be set up for success if you have:
Experience in pastry cooking either in a professional or further studies level.
Ability to follow recipes and verbal instructions. 
Strong teamwork skills.
Right to work in the UK.
