Our client, a forward-thinking law firm are seeking a Junior Paralegal to join their thriving team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be providing paralegal and administrative support to the team of Paralegals to ensure a smooth running in the department.
No two days will be the same and you will be expected to assist with an array of duties, including but not limited to:-
- General administrative tasks including filings
- Monitoring and updating databases
- Uploading documents and sending reminders
- Producing letters and preparing specifications
- Invoicing
The successful candidate should come from an administrative background from within a professional services background, if you have IP experience then even better. Our client is seeking those who are keen to progress into a Paralegal role within the firm.
