Editorial Coordinator, MICHELIN Guide (Central London)

Salary: £35K + bonus scheme

Hybrid with minimum 3 days in the office

Do you have a passion for food and hospitality? Are you exceptionally organised and have an eagle eye for detail?

We're looking for an Editorial Coordinator to join the MICHELIN Guide team.

You'll work closely with our Inspectors, editorial teams and restaurant community to ensure that MICHELIN Guide content is accurate, complete and published on time .

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and validating restaurant information
• Managing restaurant photographs and information surveys
• Quality-checking content ahead of publication

• Preparing publication of MICHELIN Guide selections
• Making sure readers and restaurant professionals receive prompt, professional responses

• Ensuring new selections are ready ahead of key publication deadlines
• Maintaining existing restaurant selections
• Working with international teams across editorial, digital and customer service
• Managing the production of any printed guides, including final proof reading
• Providing operational support to the Inspection team

We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, digital confidence and excellent communication skills , together with a strong working command of English. Proficiency in French would be useful but not essential.

Other skills and requirements

• Experience in editorial, publishing or content coordination
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry or lifestyle publishing an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Salesforce and Adobe Acrobat.
