Nanny-Personal Assistant
We are a warm, busy Spanish/French family of five based in Notting Hill, with three children aged 13, 11, and 5. The children attend schools locally and in Wimbledon. We have a wonderful full time housekeeper who manages the cooking and household care — so this role focuses on after school childcare and family organisation. We’re looking for a calm, cheerful, and proactive “superstar” who brings structure, initiative, and positivity to our family life. You’ll be the steady pair of hands that keeps everything running smoothly — from school runs and activities to light household admin and diary coordination. Mum is looking for someone who practices kind but firm discipline — no shouting, just calm boundaries. Leads by example — patient, balanced, and health-conscious. Is present with the children — engaged and not glued to the phone. 13 year old – polite and increasingly independent; needs occasional reminders about keeping his space tidy. 11 year old – sporty, active, and loves dancing and swimming. 5 year old – curious, full of energy, enjoys Lego, puzzles, and imaginative play; just starting to write and explore basic maths.
