We are the leading edge for major business transformations. Our partners use Deducta to deliver results that matter, orders of magnitude faster.

- Build and maintain ultra-fast, high volume, well documented APIs to enable these systems
- Drive business growth through a combination of ideation and experimentation to optimize our product, and front-line problem solving for our customers

- A deep sense of care about your work and the people around you
You will thrive in our work environment if…
- You do well when given a high level of ownership over execution. We strive to set common and transparent priorities, provide full context, and give every team member the freedom to decide on the “how”
- You demonstrate unreasonable hospitality to prospects, clients, and teammates as a default
- You value candour, love feedback, and deliver it thoughtfully
- You are genuinely excited by the possibilities of applied AI, both as a technology to deploy and as a tool to enhance the developer workflow
- You are energized by the opportunity to build with a high performing team
As an early team member, you’ll be trusted and expected to actively contribute to the trajectory of our product and business. You’ll be part of a team of exceptional people building something category-defining.
