Sales Director (SEED AI)

Tomorrow Group
London

Business: SEED

Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer, Tomorrow

Salary: £70-75k

Works closely with: SEED CEO and delivery teams, sales & growth partners across Tomorrow

ROLE SNAPSHOT

We’re looking for a confident, connected, and hands-on Sales Director to drive SEED’s commercial growth and position the business as the creative AI partner of choice for global brands.

You’ll own the end-to-end sales pipeline—from prospecting to close—partnering with the Chief Growth Officer and CEO to align commercial activity with SEED’s wider growth strategy. This is a chance to represent SEED in market, build relationships with senior marketing, innovation, and production leaders, and shape how global brands reimagine creative production through AI.

If you’re a natural storyteller with a commercial edge, who thrives on building meaningful partnerships and closing high-value opportunities, this is the role for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

🚀 Lead Sales and Growth Strategy – Own SEED’s sales and revenue targets, driving sustained growth across priority markets and sectors.

🤝 Build and Manage the Pipeline – Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitch and close, maintaining a high-quality pipeline and clear visibility through CRM tools.

🌍 Expand Market Reach – Identify and nurture referral networks, partnerships, and advocates that extend SEED’s reach across key industries like beauty, fashion, tech, and entertainment.

📊 Shape Commercial Strategy – Translate creative and technical capabilities into commercially compelling narratives that resonate with senior decision-makers.

💡 Collaborate Across the Group – Partner with SEED’s creative and production teams, as well as the wider Tomorrow network (Found, Disrupt, and Braidr), to identify cross-business opportunities.

🎤 Represent SEED Externally – Act as a visible and trusted voice for SEED, representing the brand at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.

🌱 Coach and Inspire Others – Mentor junior team members involved in sales, outreach, and marketing activity, nurturing future commercial leaders.

WHAT MAKES THE SEED TEAM SPECIAL?

At SEED, we’re shaping the next era of creative production through AI. We believe in combining human imagination with technological innovation to deliver world-class creative solutions. Collaboration, experimentation, and integrity sit at the heart of everything we do — empowering each other to grow, challenge norms, and create meaningful impact for global brands.

HOW DOES THE TEAM WORK?

We work closely across creative, production, and growth functions, connecting strategy to execution to deliver seamless outcomes. Our approach is open, agile, and AI-first — we experiment, share learnings, and champion responsible use of technology in every aspect of our work. Expect a culture that balances pace and precision with curiosity and care.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Proven success in a senior sales or business development role within a creative, production, or marketing agency.

  • Confidence managing complex, high-value deals from first contact to close.

  • A strong network within marketing, content, or brand leadership roles – particularly in sectors such as beauty, luxury, fashion, and entertainment.

  • An understanding of how AI and technology are transforming creative production, with the ability to translate this into client value.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills – able to tell SEED’s story with clarity and conviction.

  • High energy, self-motivation, and commercial accountability.

  • Collaborative approach, comfortable working across creative, technical, and strategic teams.

  • Curiosity, ambition, and a drive to build SEED’s presence as a global creative AI leader.

WHAT IS THE INTERVIEW PROCESS?

Our process is designed to get to know you as a person as well as a professional. You can expect:

  1. Initial Chat – A conversation with our Talent team to learn about you and share more about SEED. (10-15mins)

  2. First Interview – Meet with the Chief Growth Officer and CEO to discuss your experience, achievements, and approach to sales leadership. (30-45mins)

  3. Case Discussion – Present a short exercise or example that demonstrates your commercial thinking and storytelling ability. (1hr)
