JOB PURPOSE

As a Prada Senior Client Advisor, you lead by example in delivering an exceptional luxury experience while driving strong commercial performance through advanced clienteling and relationship building.

You convey and promote the Brand philosophy and Values to the final Clients guiding them into the world of Prada.

In addition to achieving personal objectives, you act as a role model for the team, contributing to the development of colleagues, supporting store operations and helping ensure the consistent execution of Prada standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional client experiences, consistently demonstrating Prada's service standards, client journey, and luxury selling approach.
  • Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of loyal and VIC clients through proactive clienteling, appointment management, and personalized relationship building.
  • Drive commercial performance by exceeding sales and KPI objectives while actively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
  • Build, develop and retain a strong portfolio of loyal and VIC clients.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional client service and Prada clienteling standards.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new team members, mentoring colleagues.
  • Support store leadership with morning briefs and support team engagement activities.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist management with daily sales reporting and operational coordination.
  • Share expertise on products, clienteling techniques and best practices.
  • Support achievement of department and store objectives.
  • Act as a key reference point for colleagues on the sales floor.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Significant experience within luxury retail.

Passion for the luxury/fashion industry, art and design

Proven record of achieving sales and clienteling objectives.

Strong VIC portfolio and client development capabilities.

Ability to coach and influence peers.

Excellent Prada product and category knowledge.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Leadership potential and role model behaviors.
