Job Title:UX Creative Director

Location: London, UK

About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking an experienced UXIT Digital Consultant with a strong background in UI/UX design and excellent go-to-market strategies for the financial services sector. As a key member of our team, the candidate will work closely with clients to drive digital transformation, optimize user experiences, and ensure successful product launches. Ability to blend innovative design with strategic business acumen will be critical in delivering solutions that exceed client expectations.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

We are seeking a visionary UX Creative Director to build and lead our next-generation UX practice. This is not a traditional UX role-it's about reimagining customer experiences in the age of Generative AI and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate will be a creative leader who understands how AI is transforming consumer behaviour, buying journeys, and digital interactions-and can harness this power to design experiences that are proactive, personalized, and deeply engaging.

  1. Digital Transformation Strategy:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored digital strategies.
  • Able to provide strategic guidance on how to leverage IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and market competitiveness.
  1. UI/UX Design Expertise:
  • Experience in designing and optimizing intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces for financial products and services, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
  • Lead user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, identifying opportunities to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  1. Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for digital solutions, focusing on both product launch and ongoing market positioning.
  • Work closely with global practice and sales teams to define messaging, target audiences, and key value propositions.
  • Assist in developing client-specific sales materials, case studies, and demo presentations to support successful product adoption.
  1. Project Management & Delivery:
  • Lead or assist in the management of digital transformation projects at client accounts, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, strategic advice, and value-added services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert insights on digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital innovations, and financial technology advancements to ensure the team and clients are always at the forefront of the market.
  • Drive a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and design methodologies.

Your Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Consultant with a focus on the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for digital products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, sales).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs
