Your key responsibilities will include: 📋 Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top retail talent. 🤝 Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process. 📝 Crafting engaging job descriptions and posting them across various platforms. 📞 Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates effectively. 🌐 Utilising social media and networking events to boost our talent pipeline. 📊 Monitoring recruitment metrics to optimise our hiring processes. 💼 Supporting on boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
