We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong numerate background who is eager to apply analytical skills in a fast-paced business environment. You will work with multiple departments, including Marketing, Product, Customer Services, and Finance, to derive insights and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret complex datasets to support business decision- making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Python, and SQL .
• Perform statistical analysis, including correlation, T-tests, and multi-variable regression , to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects.
• Assist in automating data collection and processing to improve efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a numerate discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field).
• Strong proficiency in Excel , including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Python coding experience for data manipulation, automation and front- end development.
• Knowledge of SQL for querying databases and extracting insights.
• Understanding of statistics and analytical concepts, such as correlation, T-tests, and multi-variable regression.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills to present data insights effectively.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools
