A stunning new independent wellness club is opening in Maidstone in June 2026, and we are recruiting a talented Team Manager to support day-to-day operations and lead our frontline teams. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the member experience from the moment we open.

About the role
This is a hands-on, people-focused position. You will oversee the reception, lounge, fitness and general service teams, ensuring a smooth operation across all departments. You’ll lead by example, support training and standards, and help create a warm, professional and service-led environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a positive, can-do attitude and leads from the front

• Is confident working across multiple departments and adapting to different operational needs

• Is a great all-rounder with strong communication and organisational skills

• Can support sales processes and member engagement

• Thrives in a fast-paced, premium hospitality or wellness environment

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support frontline teams to deliver outstanding service

• Assist with recruitment, training and day-to-day supervision

• Ensure operational standards, cleanliness and safety are consistently met

• Support membership sales, member relations and secondary spend

• Act as a key point of contact in the General Manager’s absence
