Joint Business Coordination Analyst

About the role
The Joint Business Coordination Analyst which will play a key role in the delivering the commercial performance of the Joint Business. Acting as the key interface for other Partners to feed into with Commercial opportunities, this role will ensure decisions are being taken to deliver an optimal Revenue outcome for the Joint Business. Working with internal IAG and Partner carriers, this role will be responsible for the process design and delivery for Revenue Management activity which takes place across the Joint Business. To be able to make the right decisions, understanding how the Joint Business is performing will be key, and therefore this role will look to deliver insight into Joint Business performance and deliver key reporting, both in alignment with partners and for internal IAG reporting.
What you’ll do
- Working with Partner airlines you will collectively work to design processes and deliver them across the Joint Business, continuing to review and adjust to ensure effectiveness,
- Coordinate across the carriers in the Joint Business opportunities which require multi carrier commercial decision makings – focusing on committed capacity opportunities and RFPs / RFQs,
- Setup and support the running and cadence of performance meetings, both internally for IAG and across the Joint Business,
- Ensure all documentation for the Joint Business is completed, maintained and is available to colleagues,
- Lead training for Revenue Management colleagues around Joint Business processes and practices, and also other functions e.g. Sales,
- Support in the management of Joint Business Contracts, delivering high utilisation and ensuring correct billing,
- Monitor the commercial performance of the Joint Business and provide reporting as required,
- Complete ad-hoc pieces of analysis around the Joint Business,

You will be data-driven and commercial minded, with a proven track record in delivering large analytical pieces which have driven results and have a strong understanding of stakeholder and people management -
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to present data clearly.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise to ensure relevant targets are met.
- Well-structured and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders to deliver optimal commercial outcomes.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and thorough and logical.
- Have a good level of commercial acumen and understanding.

- Must hold a 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent) in a numeric subject, within the last ten years from any degree discipline.
- Experience in an analytical / planning role is a bonus
- Must have the right to live and work full-time in the UK indefinitely.
