Energetic, kind and patient Temporary Nanny needed in Crouch Hill for 15 Weeks. Join a lovely, welcoming family of four in February caring for a happy and bubbly G1 and a lively, curious B2.5. This sole-charge role is perfect for a warm, experienced nanny who loves planning engaging activities, enjoys being out and about, and can confidently support children in their early years.

ABOUT THE FAMILY
We are looking for a wonderful nanny for a kind and welcoming family of 4 that come highly recommended by their previous temporary nannies. You will be caring for two delightful young children, a G1 and B2.5 years old. G1 is calm, smiley and in a great routine whilst the little boy is social, curious and enjoys new faces. He has lots of energy and at 2.5, is learning about communicating his feelings so someone who comes with an endless list of fun activities and oodles of patience and empathy is essential.
Dad works from home and mum will be working from home for the first 3-4 weeks of the contract so there will be plenty of support and a lovely settling in period for the nanny. After the 4 weeks, mum will be working from the office but dad will remain WFH so there will be another adult on hand incase of any burning questions. They are looking for somebody experienced with these age groups who can hit the ground running.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Childcare: Despite the parents WFH, this is a sole-charge position and you will be responsible for all aspects of the children’s care. There is no cleaning or housework required, although you will need to be comfortable preparing meals and happy to keep play and shared areas neat and tidy.
Meal Preparation: You will need to be experienced with appropriate food for children of this age and confident planning and preparing healthy, balanced lunches. No breakfast or dinner prep is required.
Taking children to activities: The nanny must be comfortable taking the children to different clubs and classes and be confident taking the baby along too.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a gentle nanny who is:
A driver: A confident driver is preferred but not a dealbreaker for the right fit.
Compassionate: You must be kind, patient and gentle, being able to connect with the children and manage their behaviour positively.
Experienced: Ideally you have 2+ years of experience managing children of these ages.
Activity focused: With lots of energy, you’ll have plenty of ideas for fun, age appropriate things to do both in and out of the home.
Located in North London: You will ideally be within an easy commute of the family home.
