Manufacturing Planner - Hounslow - £30,700 + OTE £44,000 + Benefits - Ref 2051

I am currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Planner to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Hounslow. Up to £30,700 + OTE £44,000 + Benefits

The organisation is an industry leader within their field delivering world class products into a specialist market. They have a team of highly motivated individuals that are extremely driven and pride themselves on delivering their innovative portfolio of products and engineering expertise to clients across the globe.

Due to recent expansion in their product range, the organisation has the need to appoint a Manufacturing Planner on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Manufacturing Planner, you will become the crucial supporting link between office staff and the production team ensuring that the workload is distributed across the team to maximise production efficiency as well as being a solution focused individual for any issues that arise during production. You will utilise the company ERP system to ensure parts required are available and work with team leaders to stay ahead of any shop floor demands.

Secondly you will contribute to Manufacturing Planner meetings and follow-up on actions raised, keep relevant colleagues informed of progress and any production related issues arising. The nature of this role will require you to review systems, procedures and general operations to maintain continuous improvements in production efficiency.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Manufacturing Planner, Production Planner, Production Scheduler, Production Controller or similar
