Consultant
Job Description
Overview:
Re:Co is a technology-powered services firm that supports private markets clients with development and implementation of effective sustainability strategies. Our firm was founded on the idea that sustainability efforts are most effective when integrated into core strategy, and we help our clients improve on sustainability performance while unlocking financial value. We’re delighted to be seeking a Consultant to join our Client Solutions team.
The Consultant will possess a broad range of qualitative, quantitative, and AI skills and bring a demonstrated interest in the principles of sustainability and responsible investment to this position. While there is no prescribed background required for the role, the individual likely has at least 3-5 years of work experience in analysing and synthesizing complex information either as a strategy consultant or a private equity professional. They will have shown enthusiasm for learning new concepts, developing original research, and communicating findings to a wide range of audiences. Candidates with both business strategy and sustainability experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Job Requirements:
- Working with clients at the fund or portfolio company level on a range of advisory services related to sustainability strategy, responsible AI, decarbonization, and financial value creation
- Research and analysis on key responsible investment-related market developments, such as AI solutions/technologies, sustainability trends, novel growth opportunities linked to sustainability, and more
- Supporting Re:Co’s innovation efforts with a particular focus on testing, developing, and implementing AI-enabled tools
- Participation in and development of Re:Co’s thought leadership market presence through channels including our newsletter, podcast, articles, and more
We’re looking for a teammate who is:
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a level of ambiguity typical of a growing, entrepreneurial team
- Adaptable and responsive to shifting priorities and evolving project needs
- Able to balance analytical rigor with pragmatism, applying an 80/20 mindset and making effective trade-offs given time and resource constraints
- Accountable and a self-starter, with the ability to independently structure problems, drive workstreams end-to-end, and deliver high-quality outputs
- Proactive in identifying priorities, aligning stakeholders, and defining clear next steps
- Positive and growth-oriented, with the ability to reflect on feedback and continuously improve
The job will be located at Re:Co’s headquarters in London, United Kingdom. While the individual will primarily work alongside team members in the office, we do have select days where remote work is accommodated. The position will require occasional travel for participation in events, management of client relationships, etc.
We are confident that the position will be rewarding for the right candidate and provide the opportunity for both independent ownership of work streams as well as collaboration alongside coworkers similarly dedicated to excellence and driving sustainability results. We’re committed to bringing in diverse points of view and creating the space for our employees to grow within the company.
Our Values:
At Re:Co, we value teamwork, curiosity, positivity, excellence and, of course, people and planet.
How to Apply:
If this position sounds like a fit, we encourage you to submit your cover letter and updated CV to [email protected].
