Leasehold Development Officer
- Manage leasehold property processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Provide advice and support on leasehold-related matters to stakeholders and residents.
- Prepare and issue service charge budgets and statements to leaseholders.
- Carry out informal and statutory Section 20 consultations with leaseholders for all major works schemes
- Assist in resolving leasehold disputes and liaise with legal teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for leasehold properties.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of leasehold management strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless service delivery for leaseholders.
- Support senior team members and deputise when required.
