Overview

At Gallagher Re, we’re looking for a Cyber Pricing Actuary to join our Cyber Analytics team. This is your chance to combine actuarial modelling, portfolio analytics, and insights into emerging cyber threats to help our clients make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with brokers, cybersecurity experts, and cat modellers to deliver actionable insights that shape reinsurance strategies and support client growth.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll develop and refine actuarial models to assess cyber risks like data breaches and ransomware attacks. You’ll analyse portfolios, build bespoke models, and provide realistic loss projections. Your work will directly influence reinsurance structures, retention strategies, and market engagement.

You’ll also collaborate with brokers and clients to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Whether it’s leading technical discussions, presenting to clients, or mentoring junior colleagues, your contributions will help shape the future of cyber reinsurance.

About You

You’re a qualified actuary (or with equivalent experience), a problem solver, have a passion for analytics and a keen interest in cyber risks. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have strong communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly and with commerical acumen. You’re curious, adaptable, and eager to make a difference in a fast-evolving field.
