This part-time role is ideal for individuals with a background in hotel or student accommodation maintenance, looking to contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment during morning hours. Key Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance of building systems. Reactive Repairs: Address maintenance issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and guest satisfaction. Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, reporting any significant issues to the Maintenance Manager. Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping and front desk teams to address maintenance requests efficiently.Requirements Experience: Must have previous experience in a maintenance role within a hotel or student accommodation settings. Technical Skills: Proficiency in general maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
