You’ll be joining a group of coffee lovers who care about great service, supporting each other, and making every customer visit memorable.

The Role: Costa Coffee Barista (18hrs per week)

As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our store, crafting the drinks our customers love and creating warm, welcoming moments for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Making every cup count – preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion
• Delivering genuine, friendly customer service that brings people back
• Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety
• Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone
• Most importantly, having fun and creating a welcoming atmosphere

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need experience to be a brilliant Barista — just the right attitude and energy. We’ll give you all the training you need to build your skills and thrive.

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

• A positive, upbeat attitude and bags of personality
• A passion for great service and a love of coffee
• Confidence to engage with customers and your team
