Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the UK Devices & Services team, supporting campaigns and events for consumer hardware products. This is an executional role covering marketing and events, with a strong focus on social media, influencer and creator partnerships, and cultural activations.

The role will involve delivering campaigns across major cultural moments (e.g., fashion, football, travel), supporting product launches, and engaging audiences through both digital and live experiences. You will play a key role in bringing marketing strategies to life, ensuring high-quality execution, and supporting wider team objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans for the UK consumer hardware portfolio.
  • Deliver medium to large-scale campaigns, events, assets, and communications to meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Manage influencer and creator collaborations, from briefing to activation, ensuring strong alignment with brand positioning and campaign goals.
  • Support the activation of cultural events such as award shows, festivals, and sports partnerships, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Create, adapt, and iterate marketing content across social media and other channels in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Evaluate and analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning for new products and features, supporting positioning, messaging, and execution.
  • Scope and guide user research through internal or external partners, developing insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Support development of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Research, to ensure integrated marketing approaches.
  • Champion inclusivity and diverse representation in campaigns, fostering an environment where different perspectives thrive.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years’ experience in consumer marketing, ideally within a global or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on working with creators and influencers.
  • Experience planning and executing consumer marketing events.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in consumer product marketing (consumer electronics experience is an advantage but not essential).
  • Familiarity with cultural marketing (e.g., football / sport, travel, fashion) is a big plus.

Additional Information

  • Hybrid working model (three days on-site).
  • Role is initially fixed-term, with potential for extension.
  • Start date: ASAP (no later than end of September).
