As an Event Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless and extraordinary events that embody the spirit of Rosewood hospitality. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, you will support the operational execution of each event — ensuring every moment is precisely coordinated, service standards are upheld, and every guest leaves with a truly memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of events across all spaces, ensuring smooth operations and a consistently exceptional standard of service delivery.
• Assist in leading, training, and inspiring the events team to uphold Rosewood Hotel's high standards of hospitality, conduct, and care.
• Collaborate closely with culinary, beverage, and sales teams to help curate bespoke event experiences tailored to each guest's vision.
• Manage logistics, on-floor staffing coordination, and day-of event operations to ensure seamless, precisely timed execution.
• Proactively identify opportunities to refine processes and elevate service standards, contributing to both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Support the Events Operations leadership in briefing the team, communicating run-of-show details, and maintaining clear communication across departments.
