Project Manager
- Oversee the successful delivery of infrastructure projects from a client-side perspective.
- Monitor and manage contractor performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to maintain project progress.
- Conduct regular site visits and proactively identify and resolve delivery issues.
- Support contract administration, including NEC processes and commercial reviews.
- Manage project risks, actions, budgets and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Provide accurate project updates and escalate risks or issues where necessary.
- Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support project commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
- A hands-on client-side PM role focused on driving project delivery.
