Social Media Content Producer
Do you have a passion for telling stories on social about a brand? Are you resourceful, a hands-on designer, proactive, with an eye for a content hooks and the next social trend? If you are creative and can craft punchy copy and get what works across different platforms, we want to speak with you. We have a fantastic opportunity for a social media content creator to join our Brand and Sponsorship team, to design and produce content for our social channels. We're looking for someone who's worked in a corporate environment but is looking to get creative with their storytelling. Someone who's a whizz with Adobe PremierPro, Adobe Creative Cloud software and Photoshop and can capture, edit and adapt video content for social and provide ad-hoc, design solutions. The only non-negotiable is that you can create engaging, scroll stopping content in various formats applying brand guidelines, not just to be on brand but to make the visual identity as engaging as possible. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Bristol, Glasgow or London office, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you'll be doing: Concept, manage and produce engaging and informative content to best showcase the brand narrative across social platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Develop graphics and animations to tell our stories in an accessible way. Film and edit video content including our brand ambassadors, aspects of our partnership with Liverpool Football Club and behind the scenes of campaign shoots, as well as talking heads of our senior leaders including the CEO. Use in-app creative tools to make and publish posts for TikTok and Instagram. Write copy for video, graphics and social media posts to create thumb stopping content. Ensure content is designed platform first and achieves the best viewer experience to maximise engagement. You'll need to be a good communicator too and comfortable managing stakeholders and building relationships; collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and manage delivery from creation through to production, end to end. What you'll bring: Hands on design experience and social media marketing and in-depth knowledge of the platforms and content formats (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) - essential. Self-starter and creative storyteller with a social-first mindset, a passion for design and content production - essential. Strong creative and editing skills (photo/video/short-form content), adobe suite experience and photoshop to create brand assets, templates and social content at pace - essential. Proficiency in image and video editing software (Premier Pro, Canva, Photoshop, CapCut). Strong copywriting and content writing skills. Visual design skills within graphics, video production or photography. Experience in capturing content for all channels, including sourcing User Generated Content (UCG) Highly organised with the ability to manage production schedules and work well under pressure and to deadlines. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, able to advise on communication best practice. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
