Electrical Shift Engineer – London Bridge Salary: £53,000 + Benefits Location: London Bridge, London Shift Pattern: Continental Shifts (Days & Nights) An exciting opportunity has become available with a leading facilities maintenance provider, based at a high-profile commercial site near London Bridge Station. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join an established on-site team, delivering exceptional maintenance services across a dynamic corporate environment. As an Electrical Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for the delivery of both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently. You will work within a fast-paced, client-facing environment, where strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Complete daily PPM and reactive maintenance across the site Respond to and resolve emergency callouts in a timely manner Maintain accurate site records, logbooks, and RAMS documentation Attend client meetings and maintain high service standards Conduct emergency lighting testing and reporting Perform electrical maintenance, including: Lighting, wiring, and alarm systems BMS systems and heat exchangers FCUs, AHUs, UPS, generators, and LV systems Undertake minor plumbing and fabric tasks (e.g., sinks, toilets, tiling, drainage) Carry out fault-finding and issue resolution across key building systemsCandidate Requirements: City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial building services maintenance Strong understanding of building services systems and compliance Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to work proactively in a high-profile corporate environmentWhat’s On Offer: Salary: £53,000 Holidays: 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays Pension Scheme Private Healthcare Overtime Opportunities Career Progression & Training Excellent Team Culture & Work EnvironmentReady to take the next step in your career?
