  • Take a lead role on the business areas you partner with. This includes providing a risk view at business governance committees, working collaboratively with first line of defence Risk Champions and Business Leaders. This also involves providing valued advice and challenge and actively helping to embed a consistent yet pragmatic approach to risk management.

  • Produce high quality, targeted (draft) risk reporting for Committees and Executives. This includes well-articulated narratives on key risks, updates on the status of risks, controls and actions and ensuring the information is presentable such that it is suitable for a senior audience.

  • Help lead on various Risk Management deep dives / strategic projects, e.g. M&A, control enhancements, and other strategic opportunities as may arise.
