Receptionist
A welcoming and well-organised Good secondary school in Ealing is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their front office team. This is a key role within the school, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, students, parents and external agencies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area efficiently and professionally, ensuring all visitors are greeted warmly and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times. You will answer incoming calls, respond to emails, manage visitor sign-ins and provide general administrative support to the wider school team.
You will also support student attendance procedures, assist with school communications and ensure that the front office operates smoothly throughout the school day. The role requires someone who can remain calm under pressure, manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain a professional manner at all times.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and excellent organisational ability are essential. You will need to build positive relationships with staff, students and parents while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
