Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Tower Hill, London - £45-47,500

CBW Staffing Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer to work for an established FM Service Provider at a high-end commercial office in Tower Hill, London. The successful candidate will hold C&G Level 3 Electrical qualification and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a sole engineer role within the on-site maintenance team. The individual will be responsible for carrying out all planned and reactive building maintenance across the tenanted area. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Package- £45-47,000 Basic Salary

- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Air Handling Unit’s
- Building Management Systems
- Air Conditioning equipment
- Cold Water systems
- Heating and Ventilation systems
- Emergency lighting
- Fan Coil Units
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- Escort / organise sub contractors
- Attend client meetings if required
- Ensure site log books are kept up to date
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
- City & Guilds - 17th / 18th Edition
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
