Operations Internship (3 months) | Home Made
This summer, join us for an internship where you’ll have the opportunity to work with our Sales team and support the operations behind property viewings. You’ll help manage renter’s appointments, assist with coordinating the schedules for our Sales Associates, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience for our renters.
You’ll gain practical experience in CRM management, project coordination, and process improvement, making this a great opportunity to develop operational skills in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Working hours : Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 10am-6pm. Saturday and get day back in lieu.
Internship Length: 3 months minimum
Office location: London Southwark (This is a full-time office-based role)
Internship start date: 9th June 2026

Be the Connection : Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure property viewings run like clockwork.
Optimise the Day : Plan schedules and routes for our Sales Associates, ensuring we maximise viewing opportunities.
Assist with Broader Operations: Provide support across additional operational areas such as listings, portals, or stock-related tasks, depending on business priorities.
Keep Customers in the Loop : Communicate with renters and landlords, providing timely updates and a personal touch.
Master the Details : Keep our CRM system spotless, ensuring every property and appointment is accurately logged.
Collaborate to Innovate : Work closely with your teammates to refine processes and deliver top-tier results.
