About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role in our organisation by leading the end-to-end recruitment process and acquiring top talent to drive our company’s success. This position requires exceptional skills in sourcing, networking, and assessing candidates to ensure the best fit for our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
- Conducting thorough candidate sourcing using various channels including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Managing the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance of both technical and non-technical roles.
- Screening and qualifying potential candidates using behavioural-based interviewing techniques.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Coaching and training hiring managers and others involved in hiring process on best practice and our approach.
- Negotiating and presenting employment offers to candidates.
- Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Working closely with relevant stakeholders to develop and further enhance our Employer Brand.
- Tracking and reporting on key talent metrics and implementing strategies to improve where required.
- Ownership of relevant talent acquisition technology and systems.
- Collaborating with People team members to enhance recruitment processes and initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an in-house talent acquisition specialist, partner or similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods and tools.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment in the UK.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding the best talent.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
