Trainer

Movera
London

Are you an experienced Trainer passionate about shaping and developing others? We're looking for a dedicated Trainer to join our dynamic team in Central London to deliver and design conveyancing training for our Property Lawyers.

This isn't just a training role; it's an opportunity to directly influence the professional growth of our Property Lawyers and Senior Property Lawyers, transforming them into highly competent legal professionals. While some knowledge of the property or legal sector is a plus, your core strength as an L&D expert is what we value most. We are committed to providing you with the necessary technical training and support to become a Conveyancing subject matter expert.

In this pivotal role, you'll design and lead comprehensive training programs on cutting-edge conveyancing systems and processes. Your expertise in learning and development will be crucial in developing top-tier legal talent within Cavendish.

**This is a predominantly office-based role, based in Central London, serving London and Cardiff therefore flexibility to travel nationally is essential.  **

The Role:

As an ambassador for Learning & Development, you'll play a key part in realising our L&D strategy: to be a leading legal services provider through exceptional learning solutions. You'll support, coach, and provide solution-driven advice to colleagues, directly contributing to tangible business benefits and results.

If you're a proactive individual with a desire to make a real difference, we invite you to apply.

Join us and help us continue to build a legacy of excellence in legal services!

  • Facilitate the Group-wide new joiner welcome event and provide training for technical learning pathways and upskilling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training accuracy and effectiveness, while also supporting the evaluation and continuous improvement of all delivered programs.
  • Develop engaging, learner-centric materials and assist in creating training plans for colleagues.
  • Coach and mentor Property Lawyers, contributing to their professional growth, and maintain training records within the learning management system.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and creative, with the ability to present and facilitate highly engaging sessions.
  • A confident communicator who can effectively engage colleagues at all levels.
  • Proven ability to meet commitments under challenging timescales and competing priorities.
