The Assistant Restaurant Leader supports our Restaurant Leader, ensuring our London restaurant runs smoothly and maintains Raising Cane’s high standards. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and managing our dedicated crew.

The Work

• Hire, train, and manage our crew members
• Plan and coordinate crew schedules
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and facility upkeep

What You Need

• 3+ years in restaurant or retail management
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work varied shifts and travel as needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• GCSEs or equivalent required, some tertiary education preferred
• Valid UK driver’s license

Desirable

• New restaurant opening experience
