Junior Electrical Engineer
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent 🏢 Company: Leading Facilities Management Company Are you an enthusiastic junior improver looking to develop your career in the facilities maintenance sector? We’re working with one of the UK’s leading FM providers, currently seeking a Junior Improver for a static role at a high-profile commercial site. 🔧 Role Overview: As a Junior Improver, you’ll be responsible for supporting the on-site team with a focus on lighting and lamping duties across the building. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, with training and development provided. 💡 Key Responsibilities: * Routine lighting and lamping maintenance across the site * Assisting engineers with general electrical and building services tasks * Conducting visual checks and minor repairs * Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard * Reporting faults and maintaining clear records ✅ Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Installation or a related discipline (minimum requirement) * Basic electrical knowledge and hands-on skills * Eagerness to learn and improve technical abilities * A proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious approach * Right to work in the UK 🌟 What You’ll Get: * Competitive hourly rate / salary * Full-time, permanent role with stability * Opportunity for further training and development * Work with a major FM company with long-term contracts Ready to take the next step in your FM career?
