Role Overview:

Motion Graphics Designer | London HQ (Old Street) | On-site

We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to bring Fresha’s product to life through engaging video content , supporting our Product Education team and Academy initiatives.

You’ll own video production from concept to completion , with the opportunity to develop creative ideas, get hands-on with filming and editing, and create content that makes Fresha’s platform easier and more engaging for our customers to understand.

What You'll Do:

• End-to-End Production: Bring ideas to life by owning video projects through the full production process, creating engaging content that brings Fresha’s products and stories to life

• Editing: Shape footage into polished, engaging content through editing, bringing together visuals, sound and pacing to create a strong final product.

• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create motion graphics and animations that enhance video storytelling, making complex product information clear, engaging and visually compelling.

• Production & Project Management: Take ownership of production schedules and multiple projects, keeping everything organised and moving while delivering high-quality content on time.

• Creative Development: Turn ideas into engaging video concepts for Fresha Academy and digital platforms, bringing your creative vision to the content you produce.

• Filming & Direction: Get hands-on with filming, setting up and operating cameras, lighting and audio equipment, while confidently directing presenters and contributors.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Education, Product Managers and Marketing to bring ideas to life, understand what our customers need and create content that resonates with them.

• Brand: Champion Fresha’s visual identity across every video you create, ensuring content feels consistent, polished and unmistakably Fresha.

What We're Looking For:

• Video Production Expertise: 2+ years’ experience in video production or a related field, ideally within an educational or SaaS environment, with strong technical skills across camera, lighting, audio and editing.

• Storytelling & Scripting: A strong storyteller with an eye for pacing and visual detail, able to turn complex concepts into clear, engaging educational content.

• End-to-End Production: Confident taking productions from pre-production through filming and post-production, maintaining a high standard of quality at every stage.

• Creative Vision: A self-starter who brings ideas to life, confidently champions creative thinking and knows how to respond to feedback.

• Motion Graphics & Design: Able to independently create motion graphics and visual design using Adobe After Effects or equivalent to enhance video content.

• Collaboration & Organisation: A strong communicator who can work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple deadlines and stay solutions-focused when challenges come up.
