Junior Process Technologist Location: Park Royal Salary: £35,000 Hours: Full-time

This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity in a fast-paced environment-perfect for someone looking to build their technical expertise and grow within a forward-thinking team.

What You'll Be Doing * Assisting with the scale-up of new products from development trials to factory production* Supporting factory trials for NPD (New Product Development) and EPD (Existing Product Development)* Working alongside senior colleagues to help improve product quality, consistency, and efficiency* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Technical, Operations, and Engineering* Helping introduce new processes and technologies under guidance from senior team members

What We're Looking For * A degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline* Some experience (e.g. placement year or internship) in a food manufacturing or NPD environment is a plus* A basic understanding of food production processes such as mixing, cooking, baking, or extrusion* A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and grow* A passion for food, innovation, and quality
