Business Planning & Treasury
- Produce and update the Group's long-term business plan and assess impacts of new investments and risks.
- Manage statutory and management accounts for the financing subsidiary.
- Oversee daily treasury operations including cash management, loan drawdowns, and inter-group lending.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and prepare regulatory and lender reports.
- Lead and contribute to strategic financial planning
