What you’ll be doing

As our Senior Creative Operations Manager/Senior Production Manager, you’ll be the strategic operator who keeps Free Soul’s creative engine running at its best. You’ll own the systems, workflows, resource planning, and operational excellence that allow our designers, videographers, copywriters, and brand teams to deliver powerful, high-quality creative work across every channel.

Your mission? To take a growing creative department and build the structure, processes, and flow that unlock its full potential - ensuring clarity, efficiency, and a seamless production pipeline from brief to delivery.

This is a senior role that balances strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership. You’ll work closely with the Brand Director and collaborate across Brand, Creative, Social, Talent, and Product teams while managing the Studio Manager and external partners.

• ·Owning and optimising all creative workflows - from brief creation and intake through to production, reviews, delivery, and asset management.

• Leading capacity and resourcing management across the creative team, forecasting workloads and allocating projects based on business priorities.

• Building scalable systems, SOPs, processes, and templates that support growth and improve cross-team collaboration.

• Overseeing production operations for brand campaigns, shoots, and content series alongside the Studio Manager and Videographer.

• Managing creative vendors, production partners, and freelancers - negotiating, onboarding, and ensuring quality delivery.

• Creating clarity across the business with project timelines, milestones, and communication touchpoints.

• Tracking production budgets, monitoring spend and identifying efficiencies while protecting creative quality.

• Running weekly planning sessions, project reviews, and cross-functional check-ins to keep teams aligned and projects moving.

• Ensuring our asset library and file management systems are organised, scalable, and accessible.

• Leading continuous improvement - identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and championing excellence in creative operations.

• Mentoring and supporting the Studio Manager to execute day-to-day studio and shoot operations.

• Acting as a pillar of structure and calm in a fast-paced creative environment, ensuring Free Soul’s creative vision is executed with precision and care.

What we’re looking for in you

• 5+ years experience in creative operations, production operations, studio management, or a senior creative project management role within a brand or agency.

• Deep understanding of creative, design, and production workflows - with experience managing both internal teams and external production partners.

• Proven ability to build and improve operational systems in a growing, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional organisational and project management skills with an obsession for clarity, structure, and efficiency.

• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.

• Confidence working cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels.

• A calm, strategic problem-solver who thrives in complexity and brings order to ambiguity.

• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members.
