Gym Manager

Join us as an Assistant Gym Manager in Enfield, where you'll support the Gym Manager in creating a fantastic workout and work environment for both members and team. Key Details:

• Salary: £32,588 per annum
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Location: Enfield
• Holiday: 33 days (including bank holidays) plus an additional personal day

The Work:

• Deliver excellent member experience and maintain club standards
• Support Gym Manager in new member acquisition through outreach and events
• Lead and develop a team of fitness professionals, fostering a positive work environment
• Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Manage and improve group exercise offerings within the gym

What You Need:

• Level 2 qualification in gym instructing
• Experience teaching group exercise
• A passion for fitness and wellbeing
• The ability to help team members be the best version of themselves
• A desire to do the right thing with resilience, confidence, and integrity

Desirable

• Experience in a management or supervisory role
• REPs Level 3 or above
